This a house you sold, or a rental you are leaving?


Meaning, do you just need to leave the place presentable, or do the carpets need to be steam cleaned, walls patched, appliances scrubbed, etc.

I have a housekeeper in the NRV who is affordable. Not sure if she would be free before Friday, though.
